Product Properties

Bakraç Anatolian Yogurt takes its flavour from the milk used for its production. The milk used for Bakrac Yogurt is collected from farms in and around the Amasya region. High quality and delicious milk undergoes rigorous tests and inspections. It is produced under the most hygienic conditions without human contact, in line with our traditional palate. Natural yogurt yeast is added to pasteurized milk and the product is filled into bowls.
The milk is homogenized for even distribution of the cream in the yogurt.
Yogurt filled bowls are sealed with foil and lid and kept in hot cupboards for fermentation.
Fermented yogurt is cooled down by being kept in cold stores at 4° C.
