In a facility established on the foothill of Harsena Mountain, we are bringing out the real tastes of Anatolia since 2010 with 5,500 cattle on the generous soils of Amasya province fed by the waters of Yesilirmak river.
We are making production by protecting the long-awaited real traditional tastes of Anatolia and we are working for offering magnificent real tastes in line with the unique flavour preferences of Anatolia. We are producing these traditional tastes with very high level of care in facilities equipped with high technologies by prioritising human health.
In order to protect both the taste of our products and the environment during transportation, we are performing temperature, speed and impact measurements in every single kilometre made by our vehicles. It is our priority to complete the logistics operations in the safest manner, in the optimum time and with the highest quality.
Real Anatolian Tastes
Bakrac Milk, which joined the Fimar Holding in 2012, makes production in Amasya province at a facility with 11,000 m2 of closed and 30,000 m2 total area, employing a workforce of 200 strong and providing daily raw milk processing capacity of 300 tonnes. Most of the milk processed by Bakrac is produced by carefully raised animals in the own farm of the company. In addition to offering high quality product to the Turkish consumers, Bakrac also introduces the Anatolian tastes to the Middle Eastern markets.
